Shipping & Returns Policy

 

 

Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping only for all the orders (applicable to Locations in India).
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Generally Packed in 24 to 48 hours after successful Quality Checks; depending on the shipping location, it takes 7 to 8 business days for the Delivery.

Order Tracking:
To check the status of your order, please go to ‘My Account’ and check your order details. If you are unable to find the status, please call us at +91-6377327205. Also, You will be notified when your order is shipped from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

Payments:
You can pay via all major eligible VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. GST (3%) are included in the prices.

Warranty:
We offer 6 months of a limited warranty. We aim to provide best quality and deliver the items only after successful quality checks, on rare occasions, the plating might wear off and there may be damages. To extend the life of the product, we recommend that you follow the care instructions. However, even after following jewelery care instructions, in case you still face issues with plating or breakage, you can opt for the RADHAMAHI’s 6 months warranty.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Surface finish/color of the product and loss of stones from the product.
  • Damages due to mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, tampering, etc.
  • Slight variations up to 5% in the weight/dimensions/ color of the product against mentioned specifications.

 

Returns & Refunds:

Radhamahi jewellery can be returned for a refund or store credit within 10 days of delivery. However, please note that the refund will only be processed once we receive your return order at our warehouse. To ensure a smooth return and refund process, it is essential that the product tag remains securely attached to the product. It should not be taken out of the product. Please call us and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Our customer service team will advise you of the next steps and answer any questions. 

Easy Returns
We ensure that the products ordered reach you in proper condition and we take stringent checks to make sure about that. However, there is a rare possibility that while processing the orders, minor errors might occur and there may be a slight possibility of the following;

  1. The product may be damaged during transit
  2. An incorrect item has been shipped to you
  3. There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

The following shall be applied in any of the above cases:
In case you receive an incorrect item (different than what was been shown on the website) or the article has been damaged in transit, please contact us by email, or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt of the product and email the packaging and product photos to verify the credentials on the below email id. We will give you a solution within 2 working days.

For a return to be eligible in case an incorrect article or a damaged article has been shipped, the below checks must be followed;

  • An Unboxing Video is required to claim a refund in case of damaged articles.
  • Merchandise must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving your package.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unopened.
  • All jewelry returns must include the original box in its original condition.
  • The tag should remain securely attached to the product.
  • We do not accept exchanges at this time.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; unless being returned due to damages or malfunction.
  • Returns received by us beyond 10 days from the date of purchase or that do not meet the above quality standards can not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The sender will be responsible for the return shipping.

Note:
In case of unsatisfactory product quality, the customer can have the product refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The only product cost will be entitled to refund i.e. shipping charges are non-refundable.

To facilitate the return shipment process, we kindly request you consider recording a video while carefully packing the item and handing it over to the courier boy. Send the video to our WhatsApp number. Your cooperation in this matter would be sincerely appreciated.

In the event that the pickup for your return request exceeds the designated 48-hour timeframe, we kindly ask that you reach out to us to kindly request a re-initiation of the pickup.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. For Prepaid orders, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within  3-7 business days. For the Cash on Delivery orders, we would issue you store credit in the form of a gift card within 24 hours. This gift card would then be available for use immediately.

Return Shipment Processing:
To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.

Store Credits / Gift Cards:

  • Store Credits / Gift Cards can be used indefinitely and will be available as a Credit Amount in your RADHAMAHI Wallet or Account which will be emailed to you or can be shared with you in the form of a Gift Card.
  • Amount will be available for a period of 6 months from the date of processing.
  • You can obtain Store Credit or the Gift Card after your exchange item has been received at our address. Items should retain the original tags and should be unused, not washed and not damaged.
